Carole L. Bloomquist, nee Nystrom, 86, resident of The Moorings of Arlington Heights, formerly of Mt. Prospect, passed away April 23, 2018. Beloved wife of the late Yngve S. Bloomquist. Loving mother of Bruce (Terry) Bloomquist and Barbara Bloomquist. Cherished grandmother of Derek, Dylan, and Drew Bloomquist. Dear sister of the late William Nystrom.

Longtime parishioner of St. Mark Lutheran Church in Mt. Prospect.

Visitation Wednesday, 3:00 P.M. – 8:00 P.M. at Friedrichs Funeral Home, 320 W. Central Rd. (at Northwest Highway) Mt. Prospect.

Visitation Thursday, 9:30 A.M. until Funeral Service at 11:00 A.M. at St. Mark Lutheran Church, 200 S. Wille St., Mt. Prospect. Private interment.
